A Word On Beatrice Capra.
TREEE-SIIIEE!!!!
As I’m sure you all know, Trice Capra broke through this week to reach the third round of the US Open in her slam debut. She is currently getting waxed by Masha but who cares? She has had an incredible week and she can be really proud of her efforts. I mean she isn’t even a professional tennis player yet! It’s going to be interesting to see how she fares following the US Open. Her best results seem to come on clay but I hope she can consolidate in the indoor season as opposed to what has happened to Oudin (though I hate this comparison between them) since last year.
The ’92 generation is a pretty weak one so I’m really hoping that they can pull out some solid top 50/30 players in the near future in the form of TREEEE-SIE Capra, Heather Watson and Kristyna Pliskova. Here’s hoping.
