WTA Alternate Rankings: Average Points Per Tournament
I guess I should put a disclaimer out here first; I’m not attempting put forward a new ranking system (I actually think the new one is perfectly fine as it is), nor am I trying to *make a point*. I simply find it interesting to see who averages the most points per tournament every year, so here goes:
Rank - Name - Average Points Per Tournament
1. Serena Williams 893
2. Venus Williams 554
3. Kim Clijsters 553
4. Justine Henin 379
5. Caroline Wozniacki 365
6. Vera Zvonareva 357
7. Sam Stosur 262
8. Francesca Schiavone 224
